Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Provides technical support and management for the hotel's information systems and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
Maintain and update Department Operations Manual and ensure all licenses and systems comply with Hyatt corporate IT standards
Provide technical assistance to hotel management, staff, and guests regarding IT systems, hardware, and software
Manage user accounts, implement security measures, and ensure data backup procedures
Coordinate system repairs, software updates, and project implementations as directed by global and regional IT teams
Handle system failures, rebuild corrupted data, and establish emergency procedures to maintain hotel operations
Support internal and external audits and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders
Attend training sessions and perform other duties as assigned
