Role: Finance Systems Manager
Salary: £46,000 - £56,500
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)

Network IT are partnering with a large organisation to recruit a Finance Systems Manager with solid experience in finance system configuration, administration, and support, alongside a demonstrated track record of managing end‑to‑end system change processes and leading technical resources. This position offers a balanced mix of hands‑on technical delivery (50%) and strategic oversight of the finance systems landscape (50%).

This is a broad and business‑critical role that goes beyond a traditional support function. The successful individual will bring strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and people management capabilities, alongside technical expertise.
