About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn IT Systems & Support Engineer. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our internal teams and US-based clients. It's a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in IT support, system administration, and cloud-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS systems
Assist with user management and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
Support basic client-specific tools and remote desktop platforms
Help coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setups and device configuration
