IT Systems and Automation Engineer

Genera Group is seeking an experienced Systems and Automation Engineer to join our IT team, based in Mount Maunganui (Tauranga). This is a full‑time role where you’ll share responsibility for maintaining reliable, secure systems while driving practical automation and process improvements across the business. You’ll balance day‑to‑day support with longer‑term improvements to how systems, data, and workflows operate across the organisation.
