Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
Operation of Microsoft windows OS and LAN TCP/IP
Knowledge related to problem research.
Ability to analyze and solve problems for Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
Support the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration for hardware and software
Manage asset and refresh hw align life cycle rule
Work with world-wide Corporate teams to implement new solutions and meet business requirements
