Your Role

• On-Premise & Virtual Infrastructure: Design, administer, and maintain Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler...) and SCCM (deployment, patching, compliance). Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and support virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Cloud & Hybrid Environments: Support and optimize Azure and M365 services, as well as identity management integrations (Entra ID).
• Performance & Automation: Monitor hybrid infrastructure, resolve complex incidents, and implement automation (PowerShell, cloud tools).
• Governance & Security: Document procedures, evaluate new technologies, and apply standard security best practices (patching, least privilege).
