Overview

I’m supporting a thriving business, as they bolster their small, but talented IT team. The role will be providing 1st/2nd line support to a large user base, answering and resolving queries and technical challenges. The role is working on a busy helpdesk, supporting colleagues with different support queries, mainly resolvable using M365 admin centre. That said the support team help rectify tickets across sharepoint, internal business systems and networking challenges too. A solid aptitude for security, including firewall and endpoint resolution will be needed too. Experience of conducting daily routines including server back up checks (Azure and VMWare) would be highly desirable.
