IT Support Technician – Leicester – £18,000 – £21,000
Due to growth and internal promotion in the IT support team. My client is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join them. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Leicester. Due to the size of the company national travel to other sites will be required.
You will require the following:
Experience within an IT focused role
Experience working with Windows operating systems and Office 365
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of networking and servers
Experience with Help desk software
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
The main purpose of this position is to provide internal support across the business on software and hardware related issues. You will be joining an existing team of 4 dealing with queries on the phone, e-mail and face to face.
