IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician- 2 Month Contract The IT Support Technician will be responsible for the daily maintenance of company ICT systems, reporting to the IT Manager and liaising with the Network Administrator. The IT Support Technician will provide deskside support & will set up user devices with email accounts and various other software packages. Key Responsibilities: Set up user devices with email accounts and various other software packages. Install and configure appropriate software on a per user basis. Maintain local networks in ways that maintain and improve performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems are kept updated. Provide support to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment. Organize and schedule upgrades on user devices without disrupting workflow.
