It Support Technician

IT Support Technician | Franklin, TN | $25/hr | 6-Month Contract
Are you a technically sharp IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships along the way? We are looking for an End User Services Support Technician to join a growing healthcare technology company in Franklin, TN.
What You'll Be Doing:

+ Providing end user support across Windows and Mac environments

+ Managing and resolving Service Desk tickets through Remedyforce

+ Supporting M365/Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Group Policy/MDM

+ Handling patch maintenance, hardware and software updates, and system documentation

+ Delivering remote support via BeyondTrust (Bomgar)

+ Providing white-glove support for C-level executives and VIPs

+ Building strong relationships with internal clients and team members

What We're Looking For:

+ Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
