Description
To provide IT technical support to employees across the different departments and sites of the organisation. Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, they will also be involved in the roll-out and implementation of new services.
Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Third level qualification in Information Technology NFQ Level 6 or equivalent
At least one of the following certifications: A+, Network +, MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Security Fundamentals
Solid post qualification experience is required for this role
Strong knowledge of MS networking technologies – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Strong knowledge of Exchange/Outlook
Some experience administrating switches, firewalls and routers
Knowledge of VPN and WAN technologies advantageous
PBX and VOIP technologies an advantage
Excellent written and verbal comm...
