JOB DESCRIPTION IT Support Technician Department Information Technology (IT) Reporting To IT Coordinator / IT Lead Role Purpose To provide first-level IT support by ensuring all computer hardware, user devices, printers, networking equipment, and basic software remain operational across the organization.
