IT Support Technician

Amentum is seeking a hands-on Network & **IT Support Technician on Andros Island** to manage our physical network infrastructure and provide essential connectivity support to our users. You will be responsible for the boots-on-the-ground technical work, including installing network hardware, maintaining cabling, and ensuring all IT assets are accurately tracked.

**This position is reserved for Bahamian citizens only. Must be a citizen of the Bahamas.**

**Essential Responsibilities:**

**Network Installation & Connectivity**

+ Deploy and configure Wi-Fi Access Points (WAPs) to ensure optimal signal coverage throughout the facility.
+ Install and mount network equipment, including routers, switches, and patch panels in server racks. o Connect workstations, printers, and other peripherals to the local network (LAN).
+ Physical Infrastructure & Cabling o Run, pull, and terminate copper (Cat5e/Cat6) and low-voltage cabling.
