IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line Support)

We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or IT Support role

Good knowledge of Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
