About the role

This is a full-time IT Support role based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to join the team at Light Layer Technology Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of Internet Data Center (IDC) technology solutions. As an IT Support (Data Center) professional, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's data center infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle faults and incidents involving GPU servers, CPU servers, network devices, and links based on business needs, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution. Respond to daily work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Coordinate and manage on-site maintenance and repair tasks with vendors and network equipment providers.
