Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with experience in IT support or service desk roles.
- We need strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- We value experience supporting end users, devices, and applications.
- We require solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- We look for an understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, patching, and endpoint protection.
- We want someone with a strong communication style and a user‑focused mindset.
- We consider exposure to audits or compliance requirements advantageous.
- We consider experience with endpoint security or patch management tools advantageous.
- We consider ERP or manufacturing environment experience advantageous.
- We consider basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, advantageous.
