Job Description
Endpoint Support
Provides first-line support for employees' endpoint devices, including PCs, laptops, telephones, printers, and other office equipment.
Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, including operating system errors, application failures, and peripheral device connectivity issues.
Installs, configures, and maintains endpoint devices, ensuring proper functionality and security.
Assists in setting up and supporting remote workers with their devices, including VPN and network access.
Documents support requests and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system.
Manages and maintains inventory of all endpoint devices, ensuring devices are properly tracked, maintained, and updated.
Ensures proper device configuration for security, including updates, patches, and security policies (antivirus, firewalls).
Performs regular maintenance on printers, telephones, and other devices to ensure operational efficiency.
