Summary Incumbent deploys, maintains and decommissions hardware and software (Windows computers and iOS mobile devices), provides technical support (phone, email and desk-side), and assists with technical projects. Incumbent must possess strong technical and customer service skills and be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively is a must.
