Position: IT Support Specialist

Job Requirements:

Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline

1–2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome)

Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and troubleshooting

Awareness of AI tools and responsible AI practices

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
