IT Support Technician (Level 1 & Level 2)

Overview

Our client is looking to add 2 IT Support Technicians at the Level 1 and Level 2 level. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of help desk support and hands-on field work.

This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk-all-day role—you’ll be supporting a variety of environments, gaining exposure to different technologies, and splitting your time between troubleshooting issues and onsite installs.

This position is primarily onsite/in-office in Manitowoc, WI, with some flexibility for occasional remote work.

What You’ll Be Doing:
