Responsibilities:

• Workstation installation.

• Patch and update the application.

• PC repair, hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.

• Planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring the IT strategy.

• Reporting to the IT Manager on any IT-related issues requiring supervision, coordination, and/or control.

• Hardware delivery, coordinating shipments and pickups of IT supplies.

Technical Skills:

• On-premises and cloud server administration (AWS/GCP).
• Configuration and installation of virtualized environments, Hyper-V, VMware.
