Job Summary: The IT Assistant is responsible for supporting the hotels day-to-day technology operations by ensuring all IT systems, networks, hardware, and software function efficiently. The role involves providing technical support to hotel staff and guests, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting in the smooth operation of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, internet connectivity, telephony, and CCTV systems. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support Provide first-level IT support to all hotel departments including Front Office, Finance, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and HR.
