Mission

• Deployment of local station configuration with the respect of standards

• Implement IT standards with the IT Center

• First analysis of IT incidents & coordination with to IT Center & solving L1 / L2 issues and incidents

• Cooperate with the Outsourcer of the helpdesk 

• Ensure the backup of the VDF administrator (Barflow, eWS, MES, eBTT)
