IT Support & Fulfillment Executive

The IT Support & Fulfillment Executive is a dual‑function role that combines hands‑on technical client support with warehouse fulfillment and inventory operations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance with rental equipment while also playing a key role in ensuring orders are accurately processed, packed, and dispatched from our Fulfillment Center. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable troubleshooting a network router and organizing stock for a high‑volume event day.

Technical Support

• Monitor and respond promptly to client support requests via phone, email, chat, and video calls
• Troubleshoot rental equipment issues including badge printers (Zebra, Epson, Brother), networking devices, Windows laptops, iPhones, and iPads
