IT Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day IT support and internal technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows systems, internet connectivity, and office networks
Handle office telephone systems, extensions, and basic troubleshooting
Monitor and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems
Support hardware, printers, and other office peripherals
Manage user access, basic system security, and IT inventory
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related maintenance and repairs
Ensure smooth internal IT operations with minimal downtime
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
Experience with internet, telephone, and surveillance systems
Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Location: DHA Phase VII Ext. Karachi
