IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Description
Provide daily IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, email systems, and business applications. Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity problems. Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, device setup, and coordination with vendors when required. Administer user accounts, passwords, and access rights for staff onboarding and offboarding. Maintain cloud storage systems and ensure proper organization and accessibility of company data. Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks, and data backup procedures. Assist in IT projects such as system setup, testing, deployment, migration, and user support. Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and technical support records. Ensure IT equipment and systems are functioning properly to support daily business operations. Requirements
