IT Support Engineer

Position : System Engineer (IT Support)
Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Food & Beverage
Main Responsibilities: Provide support and ensure the stability for POS, Network and Systems
Provide 1st Level troubleshooting for IT hardware and operational systems
Manage and ensure effectiveness of Windows and Linux servers
Ensure servers are up to date with security patches
Maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure as required
Collaborate with vendors, project Leads and users to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
Keep accurate and updated records of IT assets, purchases and leases
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or relevant field
2 years of relevant experience
L1 network knowledge
