The Opportunity
An IT Support Engineer is required to support and enhance a Microsoft 365 environment within a technically driven organisation. This role focuses on the administration of SharePoint, Teams and core Azure services while providing hands-on user support and ensuring system reliability across a multi-site estate.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments Develop Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency Provide support across hardware, software and network issues Monitor systems and security using Microsoft tooling Manage identity and access across Entra ID and Active Directory Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain technical documentation Travel to UK sites to provide onsite support Experience RequiredStrong Microsoft 365 administration background Experience with SharePoint and Teams in enterprise envir...
