We have an exciting entry level opportunity to join our Service Desk Team to provide systems administration support to end users of the biometric Services. This position will initially operate Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730 with the possibility to move to a shift pattern once trained. The team are accountable for Access, Event, Incident, Request and Problem Management activities.

**What will I be doing?**

The IT Support Engineer will contribute to the planning and development of the overall service, whilst undertaking duties of a similar level and nature elsewhere in Leidos if necessary to ensure that customer needs are met.
