IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support engineer hands-on professional experience in network engineering or IT support roles, with hands-on exposure to network management and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor internet connectivity and network performance across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve internet and network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Report any critical network incidents or outages to senior management.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, LCDs, printers, and peripherals like mice, keyboards, etc.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software as needed for team members.
