IT Support Engineer

Job Title: IT Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Singapore
Tenure: 12 months (renewable)
Salary: Basic salary + SGD 50 postpaid allowance (Singtel only)
Work Permit: sponsored by company (candidate must provide passport)
Leave: 14 days annual leave + 14 days medical leave + 3 days flexible leave
Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, Follow assigned school schedule (some schools start at 7:30 AM, others at 8:30 AM)

• No overtime required, no weekday work outside assigned schedule

As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting end-users and managing client platforms to ensure smooth IT operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform end-user support and troubleshooting for client platform-related issues.
