Job Description
Job Summary:
The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support to end-users and assist in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as implementing IT solutions in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide Level 1 support to end-users for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and operating systems.
· Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
· Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, networks, and security systems.
· Install and configure operating systems (OS) and software as per company SOPs.
· Perform system modifications, patches, and updates as needed.
· Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure proper approvals and success of infrastructure changes.
