IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

Our company is developing a cutting-edge wireless communication system to connect multiple portable devices. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations and provide high-quality technical assistance to employees. This role is primarily focused on user support, ticket management, and maintaining stable IT systems, while working alongside senior team members on more advanced infrastructure tasks when needed.

• Act as the main point of contact for IT support requests; manage and resolve tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
