IT Support Engineer

Title:
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support Engineer – Remote – Intune / Endpoint

Description:
We're hiring an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support Engineer to help support and administer a large enterprise environment (~2500 users). This is a hands-on support/admin role focused on troubleshooting, endpoint management, and day-to-day operations — not a call center.

What you'll do:

• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD) users
• Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager policies
• Troubleshoot Windows + O365 issues
• Maintain images and host pools
• Handle tickets and escalations
• Active Directory
• Account creation for C-Suite

Nice to have:

• Intune or SCCM experience
• Nerdio Experience

Remote. Long-term. Stable hours.
