Location: Barcelona, Spain

Contract: Full-time, On-site (Monday to Friday, 6:00 - 20:30 shifts)

Join APM Terminals as an IT/OT Support Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the health and performance of our IT and OT infrastructure. You'll be the go-to expert for hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a dynamic terminal environment.

What You'll Do

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Office applications.

Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure: datacenter racks, cabling, network, and server equipment.

Support IT/OT systems such as CCTV, biometric readers, OCR equipment, and Vehicle Mounted Terminals.

Assist with incident resolution and change implementation within agreed SLAs.
