Overview

NTT DATA IT Support Analysts (f/m/d) are responsible for providing exceptional field service support to our clients. This includes having solid written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to document IT problems thoroughly with close attention to detail. As an IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) you should have experience with troubleshooting and configuring Windows and iOS devices for end users. The ability to lift/move/set‑up computer equipment is also required.
