Responsibilities

• Tier 1 IT Support – troubleshoot requests coming from calls and emails to the IT Help Desk.
• Provide after‑hours on‑call support on a rotating schedule.
• Support & set up of Audio/Video conferencing technology in meeting rooms.
• Support for computer equipment & office phone set‑up and moves.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve end‑user application or peripheral issues, working with application support teams and vendors.
