We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation's applications team on a temporary 11 month contract (with strong potential for a permanent role).

This IT Support Analyst role is ideally suited to someone with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, a self starter with a proactive approach to learning. This role would be ideal for someone with a solid foundation of IT Support experience and customer service skills.

• Resolve applications support tickets to the business, including investigation and resolution of system issues
