Job Description

- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and server-related issues
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of company IT systems and network environments
- Provide technical support for office and manufacturing operational activities
- Maintain and monitor IT security systems, including user access, backup, and antivirus management
- Support website maintenance and simple application development for internal or sales activities.
- Develop or assist in developing simple systems/applications using programming languages such as Python
- Prepare and maintain network topology and IT infrastructure documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, users, and external parties related to IT matters
