Duties

• Perform analysis of complex user requirements and designs enterprise-wide programs to support them.
• Assess, plan, execute, and sustain IT solutions based on business and technical requirements including make-or-buy decisions and conducting of analyses of alternatives.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and patterns which predict potential failures and develop novel methods or procedures for preventing them.
• Advise managers of findings and develop a course of action.
• Deliver complex, large-scale projects designed to study and recommend IT advancements.
