Summary This position serves as a Field Support Lead reporting to the FAA NOTAMS Systems Sub Team located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center. Responsibilities This position provides support for the Federal NOTAM System (FNS) and the NOTAM Modernization Service (NMS). The employee participates as a technical team member for the development, enhancement, planning, conducting and documenting of processes for second level engineering site support activities. These activities include support to NAS monitoring, the second level helpdesk and also include providing direct technical assistance to field personnel and/or vendor for the resolution of system/service or NAS issues, restoration of system/services and support of delivered system modifications.
