Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time IT Specialist to manage and support daily technical operations across our offices, production floor, and retail/showroom systems. The role ensures uninterrupted system performance, data security, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and network devices
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Manage email accounts, user access permissions and system logins
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi network stability and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
• Install and update software, antivirus and operating systems
• Monitor system backups and ensure data protection & recovery readiness
• Support POS, CCTV, biometric attendance and cloud-based tools
