Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT co-managed support for BluEarth staff in a Microsoft 365–based environment
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve internal IT service requests in a timely and customer‑focused manner
- Act as an internal escalation point for issues that cannot be effectively resolved by the MSP helpdesk
- Support onboarding and offboarding of team members, including user accounts, devices, access permissions, and equipment setup
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and related admin centers
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and disk usage
- Assist with endpoint management, device configuration, patching, and routine maintenance
- Help maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of BluEarth’s communications, data, and information systems
