IT Solution Engineer

We are looking for a talented IT Solution Engineer to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for Cummins Lindesberg, Oerebro, Sweden.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Partner closely with the Plant Operations Power Cell team to support Lindesberg-specific business and technical requirements, collaborating with local stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and global technology teams.
+ Lead and support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
+ Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to ensure stable and efficient operations.
+ Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs, coordinating development, installation, and system integration activities.
