Applying updates and patches to keep the software up-to-date and secure.Technical Support: Providing technical support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and offering solutions to software-related problems. This may involve remote support or on-site visits.System Upgrades: Implementing system upgrades and modifications to improve performance or integrate new features. Ensuring that upgrades are carried out with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
