IT Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• 
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of factory information systems, including but not limited to ERP, MRP, production management, warehouse management, quality inspection, and traceability systems.

• 
Manage the full system implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution confirmation, testing, go-live, and user training. Translate business requirements into clear system specifications or implementation plans, and coordinate with headquarters and/or external vendors.

• 
Provide daily system support for factory operations, handle system exceptions, data issues, and process inefficiencies, and continuously optimize system workflows to improve data accuracy and system efficiency.

Support business teams in generating operational, production, quality, and inventory reports. Understand data sources and definitions, and perform data analysis to support decision-making...
