Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, implement and support/maintain interfaces that enable the exchange of patient and lab data between hospital systems (such as HIS and EHR) and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).Productivity expectations for a Corepoint Interface Engineer include:Development of 3-4 concurrent interface projects, 10-15 projects yearly.Complete an interface project in 90 days, or as quickly as possible given lab/client resources and competenciesHandle a proportionate share of support tickets for Corepoint environment.Collaborate with stakeholders including clinical laboratory staff, hospital IT teams, and vendors to define requirements and technical specifications, and clearly set and maintain expectations, challenges, and proposed solutions.Implement industry-standard protocols and data formats, such as HL7, JSON or XML, to ensure interoperability betwee...
