The role acts as the primary IT partner for site leadership, ensuring that technology services are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. Working as part of the Digital Infrastructure & Operations organisation, the IT Site Manager ensures that global platforms, standards, and services are implemented effectively within local environments, while representing site needs and operational constraints back to global teams. The role coordinates internal teams, managed service providers, vendors, and specialist Digital functions to deliver consistent service outcomes and support manufacturing, R&D, and corporate operations.
