IT Service Operations Director

This is a newly created role within a global entertainment business. The environment is modern, multi-site and undergoing significant transformation around the way they deliver technology services.

• up to £145,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

What you’ll be doing

• Accountability for end-to-end technology services
• Owning the delivery of IT services across service desk, ITSM, workplace, and infrastructure
• Improving service consistency across global teams
• Overseeing workplace, cloud, infrastructure, and connectivity servicesIntroducing automation, self-service, and AI led improvements to service delivery
• Managing strategic vendors, outsourced providers, and commercial performance
• Owning budgets, investment decisions, and cost vs value optimisation
