Job Description

Your tasks
We are currently looking for IT Service Operation Support Junior. This role ensures the secure and reliable daily operation of the H+S Polatis Poland infrastructure while working closely with the corporate IT team. It provides on-site 1st-level support, resolves user issues, and monitors system performance to prevent disruptions. The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).

Your tasks:
Provide 1st‑level user support, handle service desk tickets (TicketXpert/ITIL), perform diagnostics, and resolve issues.
Deliver hardware/software support, set up new users and equipment, manage the device pool, and maintain documentation.
Monitor and escalate incidents according to SLAs, collaborate with IT teams, share knowledge, and identify risks.
Execute project tasks, analyze business requirements, and support the PM with input and estimates.
